The sunroom is one of my favorite rooms in our home to cuddle up and read, especially as the weather cools down. This room has a ton of windows which can make it hard to feel warm and cozy but with a few pieces from Wayfair I was able to make it happen! There isn’t a TV in this room which makes it the perfect place to relax in the morning after school drop off or after a long day. The first piece of decor I added was this cozy throw blanket. You honestly can never have too many throw blankets right? I love adding these to floor baskets or draping them over furniture. This instantly made the sunroom even more cozy! Every time I see this area I want to stop what I’m doing and cuddle up with a good book. The neutral tone of this blanket really compliments the pillows and chair.
Next up are these simple fringe throw pillows. I mentioned these before but they definitely deserve more attention because they add so much to this couch without being too over powering, especially next to these pattern pillows. Even though they are a linen material that you would typically associate with summer, the way they are layered feels more cozy and inviting during these cold months.
This blue patterned vase and white flowers are the newest additions and I love them. I knew I wanted to add a little color just to make the sunroom feel more welcoming, especially in this empty corner. It just needed a little something, something. I love how it brought some life into this space that was otherwise very tonal. You know I love my neutrals but too much can feel cold and I’m trying to warm it up. These faux flowers from Wayfair are so realistic and gorgeous.
The final decor piece is this patterned black and white bowl. I love the modern design of this piece and that it adds some contrast to the storage cabinet. Adding this bowl also created balance to either side of the cabinet. I decided to place the bowl onto of a stack of coffee table books just to add a little more height and I love it!
